About as much data on them as on the PS3 version. PS3 has to download them (For free) on the 13th. There's no word on the 360 version; either they're coming later or Capcom made the decision to remove them pretty late in development. No one knows for sure.
And so far those 12 characters don't appear to be complete. All this proves is that they're working on the 12 characters and going to release them later, which we already knew.
