But how are Osten and Ian asking to be voted out (verbally), different than people like BB and Jeff from Palau asking to be voted out (but on paper)?
It seems like splitting hair. Probst was just too lazy to go to TC in Palau, because of the challenge length. And in PI, Osten told everyone who wanted voted out, and Jeff seemed to just take it into his own hands and call it a quit, even though he went through a verbal vote, despite this same situation having happened many times where someone just asks to be voted out, and they are, and it wasn't called a quit.
