Giant Bomb & ComicVine got sold to CBS Interactive, owners of GameSpot!
Giant Bomb will remain a separate site with complete editorial control. They'll be moving back into the GameSpot offices, and likely produce content with them.
Giant Bomb premium memberships will likely be converted into GameSpot premium accounts. Dave said this could be done through coupon codes or something similar. The details of what this would entail for GB users isn't clear, beyond the usual "no ads."

Today at 4pm PST/7pm EST, the full story of Jeff Gerstmann's firing from GameSpot will be revealed, presumedly to ease troubled minds.

Tested will be massively expanding their site to cover more than just gadgets. They will also be doing new content with the Mythbusters, Adam and Jamie.
While Alex is going to Giant Bomb, he has said that "the Year of the Cage will continue."
