Wii U is going to have a killer app launch game, Nintendo has learned from the 3DS launch.
There's a suspicious lack of main series Mario games on the horizon, so I'd say a new 3D Mario is a good candidate, and if they manage to revitalize the series again like they did with Galaxy, it could easily be GOTY.
