So how is it different than a blizzard anyway? It's probably just a bit too obscure to include.
Blizzards are just strong winds that move a ton of snow obscuring vision.
Icestorms is pretty much rain that freezes as soon as it touches something and thus sticks ice ****ing everywhere, and since ice is kinda heavy it causes a lot of power failures and takes down trees and stuff.
And needless to say just walking/driving after an icestorm is extremely dangerous.
