0 equals freezing point and 100 equals boiling point is perfect.
The boiling point is NEVER used in every day life.
And 0C is only the freezing point of water in ideal conditions. If it's 0C outside, do you expect to see ice outside? Probably not, that's more likely at -5C or -10C or something.
