Rule Change:
After the fun times last round, I decided to consort with the SMFFFC Board of Directors on the state of affairs before us. The point was raised that with the addition of the Community Rule as a well received catch-all there was room available to relax the 'stranglehold rules' that cropped up over the last few contests.
Therefore, by a vote of 3-2, in what will become known as The Charon Amendment, talliers will still be responsible for making sure their updates are accurate in the sense that they do not remove characters from the list or misattribute saves, but will no longer be held accountable for the save times of other players.
Addendum: There are currently no bills awaiting approval to increase the number of host tallies.
