Though he has only appeared in two contests (promptly booted each time) I have a hard time believing he's really less likable than Cid, Palom or Porom.
I'll give you Palom, and Porom has the little kid vote which skews things
but Cid is legitimately one of the best FFIV characters and I will not stand for this blaspheming!
