Netherstorm is just a fun and aesthetically pleasing zone to end Outland with, as well as featuring some generally cool technology stuff, shame that it's out. And Lost Isles is a great continuation of the storyline started in Kezan, but sadly I'm the only person who seems to ever save Horde zones anymore, so it could only get so far.
I honestly didn't like Netherstorm, in fact I didn't like either of the final Outland zones.
As far as Horde only zones go, the only ones I can think of off hand I even like are Eversong, Ghostlands and Stonetalon. Odd considering I played Horde about 80% of the time.
