I didn't have a personal tally though! I was only counting off numbers as the saves came in. At the end I 'knew' there were three left and Cid/Wiegraf were the only two I wanted saved.
A failed personal tally is a failed personal tally regardless of whether it's written in your mind or typed on a separate tab of your computer.
In short: fail, FFD, fail.
