I thought the first paragraph was a strong intro and it was pretty funny. you'll probably get a few laughs.
the second paragraph was a little bit boring and I think you could change it / cut some of it out.
the third paragraph was touching, the entire thing was heartfelt and you might actually tear up while telling it - i know i felt a strong emotional connection and i don't even know these people. and uh... the sixth sentence was my favorite part of the speech. it'll definitely hit home with them, maybe the audience, and you follow it up very well and close strong.
overall, a really good speech.
