What about it makes it overrated? Maybe I'm a sucker for documentaries or whatever, but I loved it. "Based on a true story" are five words that almost guarantee I'll watch a movie <_<
I'm not saying The Social Network is awful or a terrible movie. It's alright; maybe on the lower side of that. But when people start calling it great, and then at one point "The greatest film of the last ten years", I can't help but fervently disagree.
