Considering that on the show he thanked like 50 people throughout the community, not just people involved with col.CC I'm pretty sure he's done with fighting games altogether. It was like a goodbye speech.
On that I Got Next documentary he said that as soon as it stopped being fun he'd stop, so I imagine that's the case here.
