Teemo's bug fix and a little change to Move Quick is all he needs. Anything more and he becomes a little too strong. He already stomps quite a few tops.
I've been on a huge garen kick on my alt. I ban teemo and nidalee first because screw both of them imho. Especially teemo, the ruiner of passives. ;_;
