Why didn't all the Nameks fuse together and make a big superwarrior to kill Freeza?
It's unlikely all that fusion would even be enough. Warrior type Namekians aren't even all that strong, with them being at about 3,000. Nail was an exception with a power level of 42,000, and then after the fusion with Piccolo, he their combined power level is somewhere a tad over a million. While it's a huge multiplier, both Nail and Piccolo were vastly stronger than any other warrior typing on Namek.
I sincerely doubt a combined force would be enough to take on a 100% Frieza, which has 120,000,000 million(I think). Also their techniques don't transfer either, just their base power, so it'd just be Piccolo with his same old techniques, and no healing powers or anything.
