| TimeForAction 02/01/24 5:40:44 PM #11: | Ive had current employees ask me to write a letter of recommendation for them. I never did, and theyre still with the company. Just being put on a resume as a reference is nothing though. I tell people all the time they can use me as a reference and Ill say nothing but good things about them if asked, even when Ive had to fire people. i dont think many employers really care to call references however ...
