I mean, he's not wrong.

The real answer is you can do it even going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and still eating clean.

But the issue of stating it as a goal is the problem, if you set a goal that you have never been able to accomplish of course it is going to sound hars or ridiculous.

The real answer is how to become a person that is in shape, and that is by starting bit by bit to have a healthier diet, as well as starting to become a bit more athletic bit by bit.

It may be eating more vegetables each day and doing some 15 pushups a day. And by month 3 you feel so good you upgrade to a month membership and actually research a balanced diet. And a year in you are actually going to the gym everyday and eating your macro BS and buying create and whatever the fuck.

Nobody does that because people want the fast simple way to do it which looks cool on an instareel but the above paragraph is how you become a person that can do it, not just set a goal for a general public that will not even vibe with the ideas presented by the simple instgram reel.
