I would say for the average person, that would be bad. The wear and tear of the body, plus the calorie deficit (which already puts your body in a tired state), would be horrible in the long run physically and mentally.

3 days a week is plenty if youre trying to hit all body parts.

To lose weight? No. Losing weight is simply about calories in vs calories burned.

To get in shape? Maybe not every day, but a consistent gym routine is definitely necessary.
