Weighing yourself at all isn't necessary. The number really isn't important.

You'll know you're losing weight by measures other than what the scale says.

The way you look. How your clothes fit. Your change in energy levels.

I was 272 pounds in May of 2023. I went to my gastro yesterday and I'm now 221.

The only time I go on scale is when I go to the doctor and they make me go on the scale.
