If you were 316 pounds, you 100% were taking in more than 2600 calories in a day, and most likely not burning anywhere close to what you were taking in.

Even if you did nothing, as far as added movement beyond your day to day activities, you still would've lost weight the last 10 months just by changing what you ate. Probably not 100 pounds, maybe closer to 50, but you still would've lost.
Wholeheartedly agree it was calories in vs calories out, I posted this a few times, but my only meals for the day while losing weight was dominos pizza, thats all I ate, I'd eat 3-5 pieces in a day, thats it, and then would gym for 2-3 hours, 5 days a week, i still eat junk food, but im also losing weight

Losing weight isnt hard if you put in the effort, which I'm definitely stil trying to do
