Losing weight isnt hard if you put in the effort, which I'm definitely stil trying to do
Glad you found your way to losing weight. Not a lot of people do however. My way? I'm still a sucker for eating garbage, so I compensate with loads of exercise. But nothing grates me more than hearing it's IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight. It isn't, it's pure determination and willpower and if you don't have it and the commitment, nothing will change in your life.
