Actually I might as well post this now, instead of all the POE candidates at once.

I checked Ulti first and to sum up his desires and sins:
He Disliked Sbell at first but thought he was town eventually. Also liked JC quickly and now disavows both their lynches
He also believed IGCD to be town only because IGCD didnt want to lynch Ulti. Probably a joke, but still noting it.
I think Ulti did try to gaslight FD a bit when FD called him out for being a hypocrite about Sbell. Meanwhile when Sbell called him out, Ulti only responded with a joke-ish whine.
Other than that he really didnt do much besides the stuff with his claim, asked Wallz one question about him calling Isquen town (a fair question at least), and @ed Corrik and Kirby.

At best I can say this is in character for Ulti. However I dont see any clear towniness.
