They're not. Nuggets are mashed up pieces of various parts of the chicken. The fry is usually thin and they are often naked. Boneless wings are pieces of breast meat, usually a thicker fry, and then of course the sauce.

yea anyone who says boneless wings are just chicken nuggets has obviously never had good boneless wings before. I can tell the difference, its night and day.

if you feel like they are the same you need to find a better wing spot.
