So maybe youll get a good raise Ill be honest with you, though, Ive had managers who have said they will fight for me. Ive see what that looked like, and would not recommend. Hope for the best, but plan for the worst is the motto. When you have free time, I would begin looking for other work. Its not easy to find so its not like youll find some thing in a week or something. And if you do, better for you.
