Yeah, he could use some rest before going in front of cameras..

Part of me does think he's slow because he's mentally slowing down, but there's still an aspect of him being judged harshly for his words and not wanting to make any gaffe when speaking about maybe the most sensitive topic on Americans' recent minds.

Not the first time we've had someone old (relative to their era) serving as president and it's far better than an unpredictable lunatic.
