I criticized the GP model in the past several times, but not because I "hate" Microsoft or because I'm rooting for another company. Nevertheless some Microsoft fanboys called me Sony pony. They always try to drag any discussion, any criticism on their favourite toys, into a console wars even though I just criticized one aspect. I'm a multiplatform gamer through and through and don't care about console wars. I play on all consoles and enjoy franchises from all console companies. That doesn't mean though, that I defend any and all actions they make.

But yeah... fanboys are a curse, regardless of which company they root for. I mean, it's okay to have a preference. Someone who likes one more than the other, that's fine by me. But this blind brand loyalty... Definitely no.
