It's scummy on both sides. The man for cheating on his wife and her for screwing a married man. It'd be better of she wasn't aware he was married but that probably isn't the case. With all that said, as crappy of a thing it is to do, it's not a crime. And it's nobody's business except for the parties involved. They can make her resign, put an asterisk on it, give it to the runner up, but she won and she knows it and they know it.
