I've seen early onset dementia in patients as young as 55 (these people usually have genetic risk factors and/or smoke/poorly controlled HTN causing cerebral microvascular disease).
I've seen sharp people in their 90s. Still probably wouldn't prefer them as president.
Politics aside, trump is physically and mentally younger than biden. Biden shuffles, moves with a stiff gait and if you didn't notice switched from wearing dress shoes to tennis shoes, even when wearing a suit (prevents falls).
There is so, so much more distance between them than "4 years." That is a woefully inaccurate characterization.
I'm not talking about their policies. I'm just talking about aging.
Trump is definitely showing too, but in a different way. He's become very disinhibited. I've noticed some memory stuff too when speaking but people gloss over the disinhibition.
Neither should hold office, yet one will. In a time of crisis turning to someone that doesn't remember much makes for a weak country and ripe for chaos in uncertain times
