This is a direct result of that. I know, looking more into it, it may be both the speech as well as the actions. I had the understanding that it was just the ones speaking and indirectly encouraging violence who are engaging in stochastic terrorism, not the actual acts themselves that result of said speech. The right wing noise machine propagates enough kooky anti-vax lies that a murder with vax status (of all the stupid things) as the apparent motive counts as stochastic terrorism, IMO.
