When you put it like that, that makes sense.

And yea, my max during my senior year of high school when I played football was either 225 or 235. In college, after not playing sports or lifting weights for 2 years, I had a health class instructor who was doing some optional survey that I decided to participate in. Wanted to see participants 1 rep max in bench press and had an assistant record everything on a chart. I think he asked if I felt comfortable doing 185. I stupidly and arrogantly thought it'd be easy since I hit 225 in high school. Couldn't even do 185 lol.
