The EU region's PEGI ratings between 16 and 18+ was what caused that tales of berseria scene in the beginning to get censored, =/ lol. All localized versions of the game was affected since bandai-namco by this point stopped making specific NA and EU versions of their games to save on money. Supposedly the ESRB was actually like whatever with that specific scene.
*Tales of facebook page talking about this and how keeping the scene as is wouldn't let them keep the age 16 rating.*
