Honestly the only real scenario is one of those games with a stupid wind that has all the scoring going in one direction, then I would take the wind and let the other team decide if they want to kick or receive. (Technically you would defer so you would still get the same choice and get the ball first in the theoretical third OT period) Yeah, crazy weather was the only reason I could think of off the top of my head. --- May you find your book in this place.
