No, I mean context wise. at one point England had like five different kingdoms ruling it. With those kingdoms warring with each other be considered civil wars or are we talking about something in more modern history?
When there were different kingdoms, it wasn't civil war, but wars between nation states.

The English Civil War refers to the conflict between forces loyal to King Charles I, and forces loyal to Parliament, which took place 1642-1651.
