Eggs, Milk, Cheese were sometimes not easy for him to avoid. Especially if it was about desserts. He was able to stay fully vegan if he was at home, cooking and baking himself, but as soon he was eating out, vegan dessert options get quite limited. So instead of forcing himself to stay a 100% vegan 24/7, he just went with 95% and enjoyed the remaining 5% once a week with a cheesecake or something like that. --- Planning is the process of replacing chance with error. ...
