Their behaviour as you describe it is completely unethical, and you should report it.

Supposedly licensed. Claimed to be one of the lead psychiatrists in California in the 60's that worked with police and helped normalize it.

But he did retire and then was doing it as a hobby he said. So idk he actually still had a license or what. But that's not even the half of his bad behavior. He'd take calls from other clients during my sessions, be on the phone to them for like 40 minutes then still charge me for the full hour.
