| Topic | Catalytic converter thieves are the worst. $2000 for a replacement? |

CCTV cameras caught two guys making off with a catalytic converter in just a few minutes. Not sure whether the police will be able to identify them based on the grainy video, but it's absurd how easy it is to steal that part of a car. Worst thing is that replacing it costs $2000 or more, and who has that kind of expendable income in this economy? Now I'm afraid of even parking my car at work because that amount of money is several times what I make in one day. >_>Is this in kinda a bad area,parking lot? ... Copied to Clipboard! |
