Started out a little slow but once it picked up, they flipped on the cruise control and kept a healthy pace all the way through the end. Mia Goth is gorgeous and sensuous and does a great job, as do all the actors really.

Only gripes - they didn't really explore the themes too much. I started wondering about whether he was the original James or not, they actually have a scene discussing that which you would think would be setting everything up for later, and then ... they kinda drop it in favor of a more subtle approach. I guess in typing this I came to appreciate the ending a bit more.
I thought it an interesting critique of affluent tourist culture.

I feel they explored the cloning thing pretty well. I think it was pretty clear we weren't following the same guy the whole time (like at one moment his face is hurt and then it isn't). And I personally think one clone went home but the clone (or real guy) that had committed the horrible acts couldn't live with himself and decided he didn't deserve to go home.
