Texas only allows ONE ballot dropbox per county, meaning Harris County, with 5 MILLION people, and greater in landmass than the state of Rhode Island, has the same number of ballot dropboxes as a county with fewer than 1,000 people. You must be 65 or older to vote by mail in Texas. Texas does not allow online voter registration, or same-day voter registration. The government removed a popular on-campus polling location at TAMU.
