Topic	I think people get The Predator and Predator mixed up..

Apparently the studio felt it was too much like a Shane Black movie and reshot and cut out vast swaths of it to make it better. They either really fumbled trying to make it better, or the original was going to be one of the worst movies ever made. I'll just spoil the predator's goal here... ~~They want to be autistic.~~ No, that's not a joke.
