because he is ok with law abiding citizens toting guns to protect themselves, he shoulda ran towards a group of mostly teenage gang members (with illegally acquired weapons) and started shooting at them? He isn't okay with law-abiding citizens toting guns to protect themselves. He's part of the group whose motto is, "The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun." He literally preaches that gun owners are supposed to stop mass shooting because they're gun owners.
