| Westernwolf4 02/20/24 12:59:20 PM #75: | Everyone is entitled to their own focus, but for me the PS5 has been great. 2023 was maybe the best year for games in my lifetime. So I have been playing a ton of great games with lightning fast loading and install, with the best controller I have ever used in 40 years of gaming (the haptics are great).
I think it is fair to be disappointed if your focus is on exclusives-although I think the hole there in 2024 says more about game development time and budget than anything about Sony particularly. But, while I am a huge fan of Sony first party (GOW, Horizon, Ghost, Spider-Man etc.), I dont generally care whether my games are third or first party. I just want great games. I think this is a great time for gaming-so many fantastic games of varied types. I have all the major consoles, and I think the PS5 is the best place to play them. So it has been far from useless for me. --- An opinion does not turn into a fact simply because the person holding it feels strongly about it. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
