Dakimakura 02/20/24 3:30:46 PM #5:	Team names do make it easier for fanbases to grow from a further distance away. Like let's say there is a guy from New York and he is like "I'm a Lions fan!" That seems like a pretty acceptable thing to say. Now if said guy were to say "I'm a Detroit fan!" The question then becomes "wait what why aren't you a fan of New York you live here?" Then said guy is just like "I hate New York."
