It was very mature, nuanced, and was reflective over some of the things the developers were going through in their own lives as they beganto have their own children. Haven't played any game past 2 but this sounds like he went from being a cool original character to a self-insert. Not sure how that's an improvement --- He which make friends with scorpion, soon come to find out what a scorpion does - they bite people with its tail --ancient Chinese proverb ...
