tl;dr: Ross hates when live service games were the developers make it impossible to ever play once they remove support. Effectively "killing" the game.

He believes this is against Consumer Protection Rights but the law doesn't understand gaming. He's been championing opposing the death of games for years but feels The Crew is the last best chance to oppose it.

The US is screwed since there are literally no consumer rights for gamers under the laws. But he hopes challenges in the EU and Australia might have a ripple effect globally. He's looking into all aveneues to try to get people to raise consumer rights complaints or lawsuits (If possible)

I'm rooting for him but all this just feels like the opening scene of Firefly to me.
