That's exactly how I feel about it. It's the same with any of the big clubs, nothing is ever going to stick regardless of how much they ignored financial fair play.

City are probably the worst offenders but I'm also sure there's plenty of other big clubs who are guilty of breaches and aren't even being charged. If City were treated the same way they were talking about treating Everton and double charging them for the same time period, then they basically should have had multiple points deductions every year and should have just been thrown out for the sheer amount of offenses committed if they are indeed guilty of that many. Of course that's not going to happen.

They're going to end up with a fine at worst because the league won't be able to or won't want to fight them on any long drawn out legal battle that would definitely happen with any punishment that actually matters.
