It definitely is a good place to start and a vital part to any eventual healthy routine.100%. Also, reminder that exercise doesnt have to mean hours every single day. You can do 1 hour of strength training 3 times a week, maybe throw in some cardio here and there, and be perfectly healthy. I do Back on Monday, Legs on Wednesday, and Chest on Friday. Sometimes I include cardio on the weekends. The idea that you need to spend hours in the gym everyday needs to go away.
