But some conservatives are convinced that minorities get preferential treatment because of things like Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Affirmative Action. Like those assholes that blamed Boieng's manufacturing error on DEI hires. Claiming that unqualified staff were hired in the name of diversity.
But the reality is that for generations, qualified minorities and women were skipped over for job opportunities in favor of white men. DEI is only an attempt to counter discriminatory practices.
