It's 3% higher than Obama dealt with in 2012. Yeah it's more numbers total, however a lot more people came out than normally do. Ultimately, Biden won MI by 155k and 100k is less than that so doesn't realistically threaten his chances of winning the state, especially since the Trump-Haley results are far more worrisome for him.
