Im not denying that theres some expensive, yet terrible, products out there, shoes or otherwise. Theres also some really nice stuff which is pricey. But my point is, what puts the value into the shoes at all? Because Sneakerheads are willing to pay that much? Branding such as in this case cause of Kobe? Rarity/supply? Material that comes from hard to reach places such as the Amazon or Mariana Trench?
