Trespasser is a direct continuation of the DAI story. You probably should play it at some point before Dreadwolf. The problem is that it came out months (or more?) after I had finished DA:I. So I'd moved on, forgotten how to play, didn't want to spend more money and maybe had lost my saves by that point (don't recall if I backed them up). There's no way I'm going through the whole game again (it was huge) and even if I did start at the DLC, I'd have to drop the difficulty to the most basic option because I imagine it'll wreck me being post-game and having no idea how to play anymore. This exact same scenario actually happened with DA2, I had no idea DA:I was a continuation of DA2 DLC so I spent a lot of Inquisition like "Huh!? Who is this guy?" and never really connected to the main plot because of it. I think it's a lame way to set up a sequel. --- "I still have a tattoo to get, that says I'm living in the moment." ...
